The photos show the room well and it is well stocked with extras which is very nice. The location of the room is also very nice. Kind of tucked away at the end of the hallway with a private entry. I liked this! Quiet! The bed is a little too hard for us, but everyone has their preference. It might be nice to have a topper in the room for those that need a softer bed. I would stay here again!
The size of the unit was perfect for 2 people. Wonderful accommodations. Communication with owner was great. Hope to stay again soon ????
Very pleased with the property. The only thing that we were not aware of was the parking deck that was across the street from resort. There were only a few handicapped spaces on site that made it difficult for my husband that cannot walk long distances. For the size complex on site parking was very limited and presented a problem. Facilities were clean, employees helpful and nice cafe. Great experience with owner, very responsive and unit was very well furnished. Overall very good experience.
We stayed to watch our son play in a baseball tournament. He stayed with his team and we were so happy with the amenities and to be on the beach!

The communication with the host was easy and fast. They were more than fair and accommodating for us. The view isn’t great but that’s reflected in the pricing of the unit. It was perfect for a last minute, quick visit to the beach. Plenty of pools, heated however still kind of chilly for the outdoor pools in early April. Kids loved the lazy river. The onsite restaurants’ prices were good. The only odd thing was the little cabinet furniture piece next to the bed. It was locked which is understandable but the back of it was separating/falling apart and looked a little sloppy/unkempt, but in the overall scheme of things it didn’t detract from the value of the place.
This place was great. Had everything you needed and stuff you forgot. Great location. Had games for rainy days. Will stay again

Honestly this has been one of my favorite vacation rentals and/or hotel stays to date! The room was EVERYTHING that was promised and the property manager was attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions we had during the check-in process and during the stay. If you don't mind not having a oceanfront view (you can see the Atlantic Ocean from the side balcony but this is a side condo) this listing CAN NOT BE BEAT! The check-out process was as easy as it gets and honestly I am definitely considering returning again next year! I can not recommend staying here enough!

Very clean and perfect for 3 people. Little touches throughout that make this place unique like cold water and snacks upon arrival, extra towels and even sunscreen. The price can’t be beat. Perfect for what we needed for our time at the beach. You can tell the hosts go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Was very pleased with our stay. We were able to check in 3 hours before checkin time, and the process was very smooth. Room very clean and was stocked with everything you need. Was pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was with as large as the building is. Pools and amenities were well kept and very clean as well. Walk to beach was perfect! Will definitely stay again next time
The room was clean! The property was right on the beach, so just steps from the beach. The beds were comfortable. Typically I have trouble sleeping away from home but I had no trouble at all sleeping here. The pools were clean and plenty of chairs for everyone one. The suggestion from the property owner on places to eat and activities were great! We watched the sunrise on the beach. It was beautiful! Overall we had a great time. Definitely recommend!
Room was inviting, adorable and very clean! Owners even left some snacks and beach chairs- made everything much more convenient. Owners are great to deal with. Love Baywatch and all it has to offer also- will definitely stay again!
The owners were great, made check in & check out a smooth process with plenty of information about everything & provided some goodies, waters & plenty of extra necessities! The Sandtrap bar & grill had daily specials & great happy hour appetizers & drinks. We’ll add this to our return list for sure!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and stocked well with general supplies as well as personal items in case you forget. All staff was very accommodating and fun. You don’t even have to leave the property for a good time but there is plenty more to do if you take a quick Uber ride or walk on a nice day. We will definitely be returning!
Beds were very comfortable, place was clean. My only complaint was due to being handicapped it was very hard walking back and forth to the parking garage. Due to that I probably won't rent this unit again. However we did meet a very nice bellman who helped us tremendously, thanks Frank.

We wanted a short vacation before school started back as I am an educator. This was the perfect getaway!! Loved it!! Great space, privacy, quiet, CLEAN, and easy access to the beach!!
The condo was just as listed. Very clean . Very well stocked. Plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Beds were comfortable. It’s a side unit so very quiet and the sun doesn’t hit the balcony in the morning so very pleasant to enjoy our morning coffee. Gordon is very quick to address any concerns and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our visit as this is our second year in the unit. Definitely a keeper.

Would’ve liked a better patio view. Patio overlooked the roof next-door with lots of running air conditioners and there’s just a minor view of the ocean from that patio.
Had a excellent stay at this property..The owner had snacks already in the room for your enjoyment..Even had a medicine section in the bathroom..Filled with your everyday over the counter medicine..That you might need during your stay..
Overall, everything was fine with the exception of the bedding. Both our backs were sore. My back from the first night and my wife after the fourth night. Possibly, we are more used to a firm mattress, but we were in a lot of discomfort. Other than this, the unit was pretty much as advertised.
We appreciated such a cozy, nice spot to relax and enjoy our vacation. Seeing a basket of snacks and treats when we arrived was an extra special touch! Being able to walk right down to the beach was wonderful. We absolutely loved the time we spent just walking in the sand with the ocean rolling over our toes. Having available beach chairs to be able to bring down was great too, The owner really made it easy to not worry about anything. When we reached out to him a couple times with questions concerning parking and locking the door properly he was prompt and courteous with his responses. A big thank you to him! We highly recommend this property if you visit North Myrtle Beach.

The room was very clean. It was very nice of Gordon he left us snacks and some water in the fridge . He also had stuff in the bathroom If we needed anything or forgot certain things . We had a blast at the pool and the beach .If I came back here I would definitely rent again from Gordon .

This is a great building and a great room. Super convenient to the beach. View was great. Nice beach too. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Public parking close by if you want to meet up with someone on this beach. Close to restaurants. Very relaxing stay. Thank you Gordon for being a great host and delivering extra kcups!
My boyfriend and I came down for a one-night stay before joining the rest of my family. It was perfect, affordable, and the owner was always available by text and helpful!
He has everything you need to get you started,..my 8 year old son loved the snacks and water that was provided upon our arrival! He sent me clear and precise instructions on how to get in, where to park, and it was everything that he said it would be! I loved how he had extra towels in the room! The T.V. was very confusing to work though...we couldn't figure out how? Also, I wish there was a bigger trash can in the room? But otherwise, it was very comfortable. Thanks so much! I also loved the view from our balcony of the ocean!
We all loved it our girls loved everything about the place first time ever renting a condo and we absolutely loved it everything was well stocked with all the stuff towels beach rags toys for the teen girls like I said my first time ever doing a condo and we all enjoyed it my family did will most definitely come back here next year or sooner thank u Gordon for everything
Overall. we enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit itself was wonderful; well stocked, clean, enough room for the 2 of us. The overall complex however, was not as up to date as the unit. There were only 2 elevators working which led to lengthy wait times & trash piled up in the hallways. The layout was a little confusing, but the staff was kind & helped us navigate the buildings, and the property manager kept us in the loop on what to expect for the check in and check out process. Overall, I’d recommend, with tempered expectations.
We had a great time staying here. The only thing I didn’t like was I felt like a decent amount of sand on the floor when we came in. Everything else was wonderful.

I took my Mother to the beach for Mother’s Day and I can’t say enough great things about this condo. There was plenty of room for the two of us and the owners stocked the condo with extras of everything you could possibly need. I will definitely book this fabulous place again.
