Your Vacay Awaits!

In your condo, you will find everything needed to make your vacation fabulous! In addition to your pool wrist bands, and parking passes, we have overstocked your condo with toiletries, all needed paper products, and coffee with accompaniments (Keurig coffee maker in the unit). All linens, towels and even beach towels are freshly sanitized and ready for you.

Hello! Your hosts - Gordon and Karen Stein are SO happy you chose our property to spend your vacation. We are the proud parents of 2 adult children. We reside in Little River, South Carolina and are close-by for any questions and support to make your stay worry free. We do not use an impersonal 3rd party property management company. We know that you will enjoy the beautiful beaches and attractions here, as we do with our family. Make yourselves at home at Bay Watch Resort!

Check In/Out

Check-In 4:00pm
Early check in is available

Your key code for the front door will be emailed to you prior to your check-in. No long lines in the lobby
Scan the QR code on the back of the door – you are checked in instantly, contactless
To lock the unit, simply hit the [Lock] button on the keypad or wait 30 sec and it will automatically self-lock

Check-Out 10:00am

Set the thermostat to 74
Empty all trash
Place all dirty linens and towels in the bathtub
No need to strip the bed
Our professional cleaning crew will take it from there!

Condo Rules

No pets
No glass in the 18 different pool areas
No towels on the balconies, they blow away
No feeding the birds on the balconies
No Smoking or vaping (Interior or Exterior) There are designated smoking areas downstairs or on the beach. You will be fined for violating
No partying or loud music 11pm-6am (we get it… but the neighbors may not)
Wear wrist bands while using the pools and exercise room
Most important rule of all… ENJOY YOUR STAY!

Parking

Free parking in high-rise garage. Parking pass is behind the door in condo or on the credenza. Please be sure that your parking pass is always displayed during your stay. We don’t want any of our guests towed.
Code for gated protected garage is #2412 with the # sign. This is also the code for your building entry after 10:00pm
Motorcycles are allowed in our garage. Please lock them
Oversized vehicles are allowed in the adjacent fee lot
Handicap parking located in front of your tower

Beach Chairs and Umbrella Rentals

City of North Myrtle Beach 843-280-551. Fee includes setup and removable with reserved sign right on the beach
Less2Stay has 2 chairs and an umbrella available for rent during your stay for a fee of $50 (total for your entire stay) payable to our Venmo or Cash App account prior to check-in. Please let us know if you’d like to utilize this drop off service.
